Just a little thread on what your fave station was.

What area was it from? what style of music did they play? what made the station so good that you just had to listen?

99.3 FM - Broadcast across South London back in the 90s, played all the old school garage tracks. Haven't tried tuning in for about 9/10 years but I'm sure it no longer exists. In fact, the last time I tuned in was New Years Eve 1999/2000 as they relayed the live DJ set from the Millennium Dome, recorded it on a cassette tape too

Ive got loads of the sets from Dream FM Leeds, really good station that was. I think if you google Yorkshire Junkies you can find the set downloads or try the Discogs forums.

Was this the Dream that used to have a magazine, clothing range? or did I "dream" that

We've never really had a pirate radio station up my neck of the woods. Shame really.

I'm originally from near Newcastle, now in Northumberland. Never came across a pirate.

Plenty of RSL's though, but that's not the same
