LOL, I like that we've reached part 2, but the '28 posts' or so looks kind of sad though...

I've just been watching the dinner party in the sky again on Youtube, because my brother was going on about it last night. Got to say Ben looked gorgeous then as well. Remember how they had to wear evening dress, and he's got sunglasses on as well. Just gorgeous

Ola Bennites

Sorry not been around much this weekend - family stuff and RL going on. Did enjoy the BBLB clip of Ben in Wales though.

Spiralstatic - loved your Bassey review

Am going to settle down to write Part 9 of the Private Life of Benjamin Duncan tonight - amazing that so much seems to be coming true if the rumours from Ben's camp about him discussing TV vehicles with PEJ are to be believed !

And finally, what to make for supper - Bennites choice LOL.

Traditional roast chicken
or
chicken, butternut squash & macadamia nut risotto
or
pumpkin & pine nut ravioli with chianti tomato & olive sauce

Thanks! Though I'm a bit late. Did he say anything of note? I've just tuned in and they've said en is sticking around for the next half hour so there may still be a bit more if like me anyone has just gotten here .

Also, scanned that new mag thing even though it's rubbish, so if anyone's interested: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2.../bennewmag.jpg

I was thinking today: I don't think there are many people left in the house who aren't at least playing a slight game in some way. And I think Ben was one of the few who was not game playing whatsoever. I'm happy that he wasn't, but if he had have done, do you think he might've gotten further? I hope not. Just trying to find something to say!!

Ooh, here's Ben now!

Saying he'd like Corin to win now .

Also, Ben is so funny

Someone is offering their live feed in a thread on the MF, and I decided as I don't use mine, that if anyone wants it they can alter the details once they have signed in, name, password, and email addy.

Anyway, would rather offer it to a Bennite to make good use of, as I love you Bennites so much, and you are such fun to know. First Bennite I know to be a Bennite to PM me gets the live feed, is the fairest way I can do it.

I am not sure how long he had been on before I tuned in but they were asking him questions to ascertain his poshness asked if he had a study, he didnt but his Father did, could he ride a horse, yes, but not very well, could he ski, no he couldnt but caused laughter when he said he went on a skiing holiday at Christmas and didnt ski. He said his Mum knew he would be useless at skiing when he was younger so didnt want to spend money on getting him lessons

The asked him did he have friends with double barrelled surnames, yes two, one of which was his sister and her surname is Yarde-Buller. Of course I had to google it just to be nosey

He did say that BB were quite strict about the words they used in the house and that he had got called in for using the word freak, even though he had used it about himself.

Someone said something about going out in the evening and he said that if they had read NOTW last Sunday they would know he would go anywhere for £65 an hour

Asked if he had ever stolen anything he said yes gold pens from his Fathers study when he was young and they asked was he found out and he said yes about 10 minutes after he had stolen them

Cant remember anything else off hand but he came across very well.

Ah, thanks for that

It sounded like such a great, fun interview. Gutted I missed it. Aww, it sounds like he was adorable when he was younger - inept and awkward (...actually, just like he is now!)

And I've been on a skiing holiday and I didn't ski either

Ok, lets all chip in some money, I'm sure we can raise £65 between us all, so we can hire Ben for the hour

Thanks for those bits Flora Poste. Sounds very amusing and all typical Ben . The mental image in my head of Ben skiing is rather hilarious. But is that funnier or that fact that even as a child his Mother knew he'd be useless?! Anyway, happy to have caught a bit, and of course that he answered me too!

If BB had told me I couldn't call myself a freak I am sure I'd have the urge to do just that all the time... wouldn't you?

It's a very reasonable price! I'm sure we can probably stretch to two hours to give us enough time to mess with his hair!

PMSL! I've been wondering that myself, and does he do extra's and if so how much?

Was he ever really an escort though? Or was it just a load of crap?

What question did you ask, spiral?
I just said he'd always remained calm in the house and I asked if he'd ever gotten close to getting angry, and I also asked if he'd learned anything about himself while in there. And of course I said thanks for being his lovely self and wished him luck and that (obviously phrased a bit better than that... arguably!!)

And I've only been skiing twice but the second time I went - you know how it's really hard and boring to walk on the flat in skis? Well I came down this slope, proud that I hadn't fallen over and decided that to avoid said walking (lazy me) I just wouldn't slow down. I skiied straight for a sign at the bottom of the ski lift, assuming I'd stop when I got to it, but evidently not quite realising how fast I was going as I smacked right into the sign and cut my head open. What an idiot. Perhaps Ben's got the right idea. (I do love skiing though - it's fun to go faaaassssssssssssttt !!) End of randomstory!

And *shakes head at you all*... although at those rates, clubbed together we could surely afford Ben for the day... or night, eh . teeheehee . I feel so daft typing stuff like that laaaaaaaa

That's a good question, what did he say?

The only time I really saw him get flustered and thought he might lose his temper was when Rachel just wouldn't shut up about him being a player in the nest, although I'm not sure if that was just down to Rachel, since he had been getting it on all sides that day.

One of the things I admire about Ben is that he never shouted at anyone, although sometimes I wish he would just lose it and tell John James, Mario, Rachel or whoever was having another go at him to STFU and F-off
