Yeah Rachael was certainly shallow wasn't she? I don't mean that in a nasty way, but I think she expected John James to fall at her feet and he didn't. That doesn't excuse his treatment of her, but she likes "pretty" boys I think, that's why when JJ didn't fall for her charms she went for Nathan, who was the next best.

I remember John James telling Ben that he should talk to Rachael either because she thought she was better than them! That was my first reaction to John James and set alarm bells off on my douche o'meter.

Luckily Ben had a mind of his own and said he liked her and would still talk to her no matter what. I mean, Rachael did kind of look at Ben with distain, but I liked that Ben marched to his own beat.

That tweet sounded like they had more things planned to do together than just the dinner party at his place, didn't it?

Congrats on getting a reply Irish I'm glad that she and Ben are ok now. Ben had some good things to say about her in his post-BB interviews. Their arguments were one of his biggest BB regrets, I think.

Yeah when she came out she regretted not getting to know him - out of the house I think they will be fine

When Shabby walked out I was just starting to warm to her. Such a shame she left. I think we'd have a very different show now to the one we've been left with. Keeva would probably still be there as well.

Pleasantly surprised to hear John James on LF tonight say he thought Ben would be a good, loyal friend out of the house. He said his problems with Ben arose because Ben was not a team player but it wouldn't matter when out of the house. Even Dave chose Ben when asked which one HM would you bring back if possible. Josie said Ben was so funny and cracked her up. They agreed he was hilarious on the piano that night and didn't know how he managed to keep a straight face.

John James can say what he likes now, he was a total dick to Ben the whole time.

Very true! He did try to grind Ben down at every opportunity, questioning his motives all the time, making his time in the house a misery. It's a shame more people didn't share Ben's views of John James at the time. Now that the numbers are dwindling, more people are seeing the real John James.

Even Jo who joined in the slating of Ben behind his back is probably missing him now. She was really down yesterday, crying and said she had nothing in common with the current HMs. Funny how she was full of praise for John James and Dave last week but now she cannot stand to be in the same room as them.

I popped here to let everyone know that they should look out for Ben tomorrow in Reveal I see you beat me to it!

Theres a small pic of Ben with the ladies in the TV Biz section of the paper too which is the only mention that BB gets which is good going for a housemate who left over a week ago

Ben made me laugh when he said this:-

It sounds like John James is backtracking. He can't be that deluded to realise he's not a complete and utter hypocrite when he moaned and bitched all through the Dicken's task, so now it's like he's trying to make out that Ben wasn't so bad after all (not sure that one comment can erase all those rants though)

I do think Jo misses Ben too - they had some interesting chats. And I think she misses Rachel too, since they were quite close.
