Grow a spine, Ragan! Annie may have stupidly got herself evicted in week 1, but at least she enjoyed being the saboteur and didn't feel guilty about it. Ragan hasn't even done any sabotage yet and already feels bad!

Exactly. They should take note that the fact the Sab has made a return is because the house totally lacks drama.

It's amazing that the ratings are so high because not a lot has happaned. This season owes BB11 big time, that gave this season a big boost.

There's plenty enough action to fill the 3 highlights shows, which is all they care about.

There's not a lot of drama because the Brigade members aren't fighting each other and they aren't fighting the house. They are basically suffocating their opposition by stealth.

I think without Rachel the show would have had even less drama, which is one reason I don't want her to go anytime soon.

Hoping the sab will create some drama

It would have made things interesting, in no way would her smug smirk indicate anything.

I think the main problem with this season is that there are so few houseguests to genuinely get behind and root for. I was probably more into last years because I really wanted Michele to win. This year im posting more about it, but I really care less too.

Rachel is far too long in the tooth for that act.

I totally agree. Rachel is freaking annoying, but she's been pretty much the only one to keep this show interesting so far. The house will be a much more boring place if she goes this week.

Unless you're rooting for a Brigade member, this season isn't much fun.

I'm hoping Kathy pulls of a miraculous Sheila-esque HOH win when she is inevitably dragged to the final 5 by the Brigade.

I think the players are smarter this year too. They know that causing drama and fights is a sure fire way to put a target on your back. I guess that's what happens when you cast more fans of the show, rather than clueless recruits.

Also, I'm slowly coming around to the idea that the Brigade are actually very shrewd and clever, even if I only really like Lane, and Enzo when he's not showboating.

No wonder Matt came up with the plan to let Brendon win the next HoH, he can guarantee that a non brigade person goes home now whoever gets put up. Wait when does he have to use this? Before or after the veto ceromony?

I doubt the Sab will do anything to spice up the game.
The Sab moves a plant pot to the left......Oooo, I'm scared.

I'm guessing at the Veto Ceremony.

The person who wins the Golden Power of Veto is still safe right? They can't be nominated by the Diamond Power of Veto holder?

I've only watched Season 4 once, I can't remember how it was used back then, I know that Alison won it.

Thats very true. The more dramatic housemates last year had absolutely no knowledge of BB before playing. (Chima and Lydia for example)

I guess its a double edged sword. You can get a dramatic season filled with fights but then no strategy at all, or you can get a super smart season with boring people.

This year really could have done with some better distraction housemates. The supporting cast like Kathy, Monet and Kristen were all far to boring to be in the game, and realistically were never going to be worthwhile players.

Yeah, I think whoever wins the Golden Veto will be safe - it was the same with the coup d'etat.

Spoiler
Alison won the Diamond veto at the final four, took herself off the block with it and then evicted Erika.

I think that veto was a bit different than this one though. Alison's Diamond veto was effectively the same as any Final 4 Veto to follow it, in that the winner guarantees themselves the choice of who goes home that week.

There was no real difference between Alison's Diamond Veto than for example Kevin's final four veto last year, other than the name and the fact that it was a different colour.

Matt's would have to be different though. Im guessing he can overide any nominations after the original veto has been played. And i'm assuming that the only players safe from him are the HoH and the normal Veto winner. (I recall Kevin was safe from Jeff's Coup last year because he also won that veto)
