Those were coming in to the game though I believe. Obviously Will and Mike were already business partners, so it was likely they'd invest their money in their joint ventures.
Dick and Daniele, again, family, who albeit CBS saying they were estranged, knew that they both applied for the same season, and I'm sure there was an unspoken deal to share the money.
With this season, they are all strangers, so they couldn't have made a deal prior to the game. Any discussion of sharing or splitting the money is against the rules.
