Ok so far I've been really hooked with the whole Rachel and Brenden (not sure how his name is spelt) going against the house but with one of them leaving this week this season could get very boring.

The brigade is still a secret so unless they get found out they will just get rid of people week by week which is pretty boring. I would love for the houseguests to find out and Kathy, Britney, Ragan and whoever survives between Brenden and Rachel form an alliance to take the brigade down.

The way things are going now things could get very boring by next week.

What do you think?

Ms Grodner wouldn't want to squander their decent ratings, so if it got a bit dull I guess she'd introduce a few twists to keep it interesting.

It all depends on who wins HoH from the Final 7 onwards.

Bring Cowboy and Libra back.

Let's face it, we're running out of options.

It's too late for that now, with the Diamond Power of Veto. Say a non-Brigade member wins HoH next week and puts up 2 Brigade members. After the veto competition they either keep the nominations the same or put in a different Brigade member. Then Matt uses the Diamond Veto and replaces a Brigade member with someone else. That leaves 3 Brigade members voting against 2 non-Brigade members, so they can just vote off the replacement nominee regardless of what the rest of the house does.

After that week, the next HoH competition will have 4 Brigade members vs 2 non-Brigade members (because the previous HoH can't compete), and the remaining non-Brigade members left won't be very good at competitions (e.g. Kathy and Ragan).

The only way for the Brigade not to win is for two other people to have a massive HoH winning streak despite being outnumbered (and with Rachel gone that doesn't seem likely), or for the Brigade to fracture from within (which is always possible).

I don't like Rachel but if she goes the season will be

The brigade at the end of this week will make up half the house, and the end of next week they'll be the majority. Unless Matt turns on them, the show is doomed

That would totally out the Brigade to the rest of the house though. If he does use the DPOV that would totally end his relationship with Britney and Ragan, so he would have whoever survived and Kathy (and Brendon) coming after him. Why do something like that when the rest of the Brigade will turn on him as soon as it gets to the Final 4? He's in a great position at the moment, no need to ruin it by using that power.

Besides, there is a zero percent chance that Britney/Ragan/Kathy won't put up Brendon next week if the Brigade remain undetected.

Both BBUK and USA are terrible this year.

'Could' get boring?

I think its a dull season as far as the feeds are concerned. The CBS shows are decent enough, very well edited to make it seem more exciting than it actually is.

The Brigade are playing the game too well, which is making it predictable at the moment. And Britney is the only one bringing entertainment.

Britney & Lane comedy is what keeping me entertained right now but the drama just isn't good enough. Last years series was so much better .

Furthermore I have to agree with redmond that the feeds are very dull except for B&L comedy. There's just too much blabla about previous seasons and recapping things that happened earlier too.

Rachel & Brendon leaving won't help either.

If Ragan won HoH they could do a SABOTEUR twist that the public chooses one (or both) of his nominees to try and save things.

Seeing the Brigade fracture will be interesting, but Andrew would have been a far more interesting 'outsider' to have left in the game than that suck-up Ragan and useless Kathy.

The Brigade will just pick them all off one by one, and probably starting with Britney because she's won loads of POV's
I just hope the Brigade get found out soon or else this series is going to be very predictable until the Final 5.

The problem with that would be, the Brigade probably wouldnt end up being the nominees anyway. I think America would "nominate" Kathy and possibly Matt, meaning Kathy would have to win the Veto anyway, which lets face it wouldnt happen.

The only thing that is keeping me interested in there being an upset is that Allison Grodner REFUSES to let BB play out the way people expect. Its funny that since Allstars, the publics favourite always seems to win out. (Dick, Jordan, Dan) whereas in the earier seasons, it was more of a mixed bag of popular winners and unpopular. Based on everything i've seen so far Britney and Lane are the overwhelming fan favourites this season.

Wasn't Jeff the fan favourite last year?

Yeah, but Jordan pretty much had exactly the same fanbase as him.
