With regards to Emma, as far as I know she is with all the other housemates. At the moment, they are all locked in the bedroom with three or four senior producers. Things are a lot quieter now.

where the hell was Ahmed during all this? Surely he wasn't asleep! I didn't spot him anywhere!

I heard Emma was moved to the bedsit at one point? Not sure if thats true. I know there are producers and security in there with them but off-camera. I expect Stu and Michelle have been given the hint to "cosy up" and they know they are being watched as the "safe angle". Is Shell still in there?

Funny how they are talking about what time the papers have to go to print? Hmmmmmmmm typical this years BB contestants. Looks very much like Emma and Shell are both still out of the house. Also no sign of Vanessa in the bedroom on the E4 feed either.

You know nothing, so stop pretending you have inside knowledge when you've been shown to be a complete liar.

My posting wasn't meant in the way you have taken it. It was in responce to a posting by Edna saying typical for Shell to take the limelight.
Clumsily written I'm afraid. Having seen the effects of such violence first hand the fear on the girls face was all too real. My point was this wasn't someone seeking attention

It's quite telling that this must have been THAT serious for the real C4 bigwigs to have been woken up and get some kind of agreement to carry on rather than wait. Takes a war or something for that usually.

Neil he isnt a liar. Things were obviously changing all the time with regards to what the producers thought would happen (and also how much of this was let on to the wider production team). I would guess that the only reason Victor is in there now is that either Vannessa, Emma or Shell will not be coming back and they simply cannot afford to lose too many HM's.

From what i saw Victor was trying to break up the tussle between Nadia and Jason when Emma got in his face..........then started throwing things at him. So maybe she has gone. Shell may require treatment as it seemed like she passed out in bathroom just before all feeds were cut. Also looks like Vanessa has walked......

The BB house rules are below. Victor, Emma and Jason seem to have broken the one four from the bottom.

Its an enormous legal issue though. Duty of care has probably been breached and people and their health endangered. If you continue with them traumatised you would risk further damage. Shell probably could sue now.

Victor and Jason and possibly Emma could be guilty of threatening behaviour, assault or even battery and C4 can't just cover it up as that is a crime too.

Its not simply a matter of keeping HM in there to keep up numbers.

How do you know if he's lying or not? Look at this innaccurate stuff he posted:

more stuff about there not being feeds for the rest of the night...shortly before the feeds came back up!

I think they are pretty much just trying to carry on the show with the few stable people they have until they can work out what will happen from tommorow. There will be huge legal implications and things for C4 to discuss with them tommorow, could mean them wanting to pull the plug on the show. Especially if the press goes against it and the advertisers start to pull out.

I think the talk of pulling the show and legal implications is very far fetched, put it into perspective. It was only a bit of shouting and a shove from what I can gather.

Doesn't look like anyone got hurt, just a few raised tempers. Seen far worse in any pub on a Saturday night.

You make a good point about the advertisers (including talktalk). The bottom line for C4 is not viewing figures but advertising revenue, and advertisers are (or certainly used to be) very sensitive about having a product associated with something that is perceived as bad.

i still don't see Emma - and yeh, they're being very coy about showing the whole of the lounge, leading me to think there's a geeze stood in there - i have no friends in endemol and am trying to glean info from the forums but if anyone wants to do a DEFINITIVE run-down of what's happened (no giraffes please) that I can use on the air, please email me - alex@radioaire.com

cheers - i know so many are as in the dark as me - and i've had e4 on all night!

or - do a post called "THIS IS DEFINATELY WHAT HAPPENED" or summat!!

xx

I agree that the duty of care thing will be a huge issue for C4 and Endemol, especially if the papers make a big deal of it. You can imagine the editorials really, the regulator is gonna have something to say too. C4 must have got loads of complaints.
