Is the DTI6021-50 thomson pvr any better than the DTI6300?

Im debating wether to pay the extra for the DTI6021 or not?

Ive had the 160GB DTI6300 before and had mixed experiences with it, however updates seemed to smooth out many problems (i think i got to about update 2.99 before i sold it) but the fan noise on the DTI6300 is always a massive downside. Does the DTI6021 have a quieter fan?
