I didn't take it as homophobic
Merely banter. As much banter as you get in a room full of baby mice and a hungry cat anyway![]() Good season this. Love Clint storming back into the boardroom and it's an inspired idea letting the winning team watch the first part of the boardroom. siralun take note. My only criticism is that sometimes it's like watching the film "Brother Can You Spare A Dime" they're concentrating on all the penniless sob stories so much. Not sure who I want to win, but Brandy is high on my list.

I haven't watched US Apprentice for years but caught up on the first 8 episodes in one marathon and, have to say,I'm really enjoying this one. So, so glad the gob and the oink have gone ( Mahsa and David...I also was a bit uneasy over that "banter" but it's Trump, so I'll cut him some slack,he doesn't possess many social graces)

Clint coming back in and looking ready to murder someone was hilarious but it was a brutal boardroom! One of the worst I've seen, and Trump definitely played his part. It borders on unproffessional from him at times, he likes to swing his axe around before he delivers the blow. That said, he also delivers praise when it's due, which SirLord of Sugar seems to do through gritted teeth. There's a stark difference between the two boardrooms, any banter in the UK version is delivered by Sugar and is replied to with either a nervous smile, a considered laugh or plain old fear. Trump likes to be heard, sure, but there's lots of chatter before the figures are revealed, again, this could be seen as a cat playing with its' prey, but it's very entertaining all the same. ![]() (great seasons on both sides of the pond at the mo) |

Only just got round to watching it, even if it's the middle of the night, but WOW. Loved it. My God, Poppy is an arrogant biatch and thoroughly deserved to go. What a load of tack, although I wouldn't exactly call Kim Kardashian classy, even she doesn't deserve that amount of utter crap..And at Anand. I didn't see that coming. Why on earth he lied and then tried to spin it even after the text message had been read out is beyond me. Nobody is going to want such a weasel. 'Fess up like a man.I thought Clint would be one of the first to go, he seems such a "good ole boy" not a business entrepeneur, but I'm backing him to make the finals now. I am actually enjoying this more than the UK version. It's a different dynamic and makes for more enjoyable TV. |

I wish they'd had that no outside help rule on some of the Celebrity Apprentice challenges. Half of their challenges were just about who could get their famous friends to write the biggest checks, which was super boring. I'd love to see the celebrities actually trying to run businesses and raise money from legitimate consumers instead of running every "business" task like a charity drive.

This is a really good season so far, and this was a(nother) great episode, shame it's not getting better ratings. I'm kind of surprised they didn't try and drag out "Anand-gate" longer, but impressed The Donald just got to the point and booted him... and yes, what a tool for trying to deny it, when he was so caught!
The right team won - you have to laugh at Kim Kardashian being held up as a paragon of elegance & sophistication, but perfume is one of the most aspirational product lines out there, and "endearingly tacky" is never going to cut it. It was right that Poppy went, but Stephanie is seriously working my last nerve now... |

Donald trump was being playful, something he does very well. I don't think he was being homophobic in any shape or form (not that there's anything wrong with being homophobic)

When asked, maybe Anand was thinking about the celeb apprentice when they phone all their mates up to arrive with thousands of dollars, so he denied it. He was possibly thinking if he had asked anyone to turn up to the next task.
That's what I was thinking, and I was a bit shocked when it was something from a few tasks ago. |

Anand's antics were so bloody stupid though why lie?! That said we have a few dodgier characters on our version this year, a mortgage fraud anyone? |

I find it really funny how pretty much everyone has been horrible to Liza and has said how crap she is at everything yet she's in the F4.

There's being a strong, assertive woman and then there's being Stephanie.
I was cringing along with Lisa as she was self promoting herself and their ad. It was beyond amateur. So satisfying to see people like her knocked off their delusionary perch. Another enjoyable episode. I find myself watching Trump Jnr way too much. He sits as if he's got a ramrod up his backside and a permanently bad smell under his nose.Ivanka, on the other hand is one heck of a girl, smart and devastatingly attractive. I think I prefer her to Carolyn. |

No Carolyn was far better. Ivanka has a very annoying habit of using big words, sometimes unnecessarily, just to make her seem smart.
Glad Stephanie is gone but was surprised Trump didn't fire Liza as well. It's hard to call a winner because the other 3 haven't really don't anything outstanding. Probably Clint I guess. |

Well I loved Carolyn too, so maybe I'll put them equal in their assessments ( they'll never be anyone as good as Margaret though ).I think Clint is a great guy. He's grown on me. He steps up to the plate and, especially this week, ran the show without being obnoxious. Clint for the win.

This is the first season I've watched US apprentice and I gotta say I like the UK version better. True, Siralan gives it praise in tiny doses whereas Mr T gives credit where it's due. I also think that Sugar gets a better picture of what goes on during the task coz he has his followers follow the teams ALL the time - whereas Mr T's sidekicks only pop in.
I am SOOOOO glad that Stephanie has left - god she was annoying. She basically said at the beginning of the episode that she's treating Liza as a secretary. I'm still not sure how Liza is still there because she doesn't really seem to do much. I'm for Clint to win - he's been on the winning team almost every time and he seems such a good all round chappie. |

I don't know about Clint, I think he's final 2 but edging more towards a Brandy win? Although, she has slipped a bit in the last few weeks, so I'm not totally sure anymore.
I was pleased for Stephanie to go, but I think the right decision would have been to fire both her and Liza. |

And yes, so glad Stephanie is out of there, what a dreadful person she was - I can't believe Trump (or "The Trump Organisation") has hired her anyway! |
