Yer its fair, free Vanessa so she can take some fondant fancies, sausages on a stick and a bottle of cheap red wine to the starving Africans.

the eviction needs to go ahead as planned...apart from anything else vanessa instigated a lot of what happened last night..emma victor and jason to be kicked out followed by vanessa leaving on friday..bring in three new hms and it should get the house back to some sort of norm

I see no reason to kick Emma/Victor/Jason or anyone out for what happened last night.

Warn them as to their future conduct. If they misbehave again, having been warned, then kick them out.

It'll be a test of character

Why on earth do we want the house 'back to some sort of norm'???

They have no choice, people have already spent money on calls and texts. Endemol have an obligation to carry on or refund and I can't see that happening can you?

Criminal offences may have been committed on air - you can't pretend nothing happened or expect the Hm to carry on with each other.

taking last night out of the equation ive found this years bb to be a stroke of genius..we have had sex romance verbal fights bitching etc..that is what i meant by some sort of norm...exciting as last night was id hate the rest of the show to centred around last night which is possible if non of the 3 leave..dont get me wrong i thought last nights fight will go down in bb history but i also wanna see a lot of fun in there to...although if they do stay in the house then i think the other hms will nominate them and it will be up to the public to decide...one point though if not kicked out the house surely warnings and wouldnt this be victors 3rd warning

1) Criminal offences have been committed: If we're being really strict then you could probably eject Victor, Jason, Emma, Marco, Nadia and Vanessa on that basis. I don't think that's likely;

2) You can't expect the HM to carry on with each other: I suggest another test of character - offer the housemates who are uncomfortable with the current situation the chance to leave, or tell them the can carry on with the game and tell them that the prize money's back up too £100k. I'll bet most of them would elect to stay. Cynical .. moi?

If big brother do the right thing then michelle and emma will be chucked out...everything was going swimmingly until they went back in...

If Emma, Jason or Victor (or anyone else) is deemed to have broken the rules, then they should be reprimanded. If that means eviction then so be it, even though I think it would be better entertainment to keep them in.

If housemates feel unsafe with each other, then keep the bodyguard(s) in the house too.

The eviction of Vanessa (or, if pigs start flying in to vote, Dan) on Friday is part of the game, which should continue "as normal". There is no reason why the stages of the game should be thrown off-course by the events of last night.

Too true!

Two very good points, Bap Squeezer. It's not as if the BB house is "the real world" or anything like it. Social norms and, it seems, common law, don't apply in there. (If they did, then most of them would have grounds to bring harrassment charges against each other for starters!)

Michelle doesn't deserve to be evicted as she was obeying BB and was, if anything, keeping out of the fight and trying to pacify an hysterical Emma.

BB was largely responsible for the events, and so none should be evicted - all, apart from Dan and Van, deserve a get out of jail free card this time.

Whatever you think of Kitten she did nothing to what SOME HMs got up too last night and she got kicked out. I knowits a tv show but there is getting ratings and there is having a responsible attitude to everyone in the house.

BTW I am not going to join in any debate about who should go, cos I have not been able to asceratin to my own satisfaction who is/was responsible for the barney in the first place.

Another BTW, its nice to be able to get on the board for the first time since 8 a.m.

If only everyone around here had the good sense to take the same view ...

I would love to see Vanessa go - she was pushing Victors and Jasons buttons while they were already seething. She wanted a big fight because she is angry to be up for eviction. Last night arguing that she hated to see food and water wasted because of her upbringing in south africe (with servants) was pathetic. she uses the men in the house as if they are her battering ram.

As it seems highly likely that heads will roll I think the vote should go on but with the eviction next week. Possibly add new peeps on Friday/Saturday ...

Personally I'd love to see Emma evicted - shes racist, stupid, loud and disrespectful and has no consideration for anyone but herself - she brought that whole thing on herself the way she was acting and totally provoked the situation.

Vanessa was only looking out for Shell when she became involved and she WAS right in the first place - they WERE animals (although thats an insult to animals - though Emma DOES look quite porcine)!

i think after this to show the housemates the slate being wiped, they should cancel the eviction and start fresh with all housemates "openly" voting as this one just looks tainted regardless what way you look at it.

It's not only fair to evict Vanessa now, it's entirely fair on the other HMs who will then have one less venemous snake in the grass to bite them when they least suspect.

Hi, can you please stop spreading these lies about Emma being a racist. She's far from it, and accusing her of being such is immoral.

Thank you.

The house is traumatised - not having an eviction would help put it together. Vanessa going deprives people of their support system when they are tempted to walk anyway

The maths of the house have changed and losing someone from one side now probably makes the show totally unbalanced.

The HM now know who nominated whom and would now nearly all change their vote - it always was a false eviction given the bedsit now its one no one believes in.

Vanessa if she goes is going to make a fortune from the papers though as it might be the best and last BB story.

Long before that Jason was pushing Victors buttons whilst they were drinking alone..in fact it seemed as if Jason was enjoying it.

In fact Jason was saying that he had had enough, when Emma then burst in. When she asked Jason why he was sitting in there...he backed off and said, just chilling!

I am not a fan of Vanessa's but she wasn't the only one stirring.

Sorry, Vanessa going now is just what the house needs. She's such a snake - just look at her completely unwarranted vendetta against Michelle.

As for it leaving the house "unbalanced" - without her bi***ing and scheming and two-faced lies there might not even be two sides.

No, why should I - she blatantly IS! I'm only repeating what countless others have seen, heard and said.

She is a horrrible horrible little troll who deserves to be squashed under a big rock for her childish, immature, uneducated, hysterical rantings.
