Time to rake over the ashes then set a new fire-more logs!

Watching it now gives little clue as to what will happen but last night changed everything for good or ill.

Fill her full of Sunny Delight and tell her that invisible space monkeys are trying to steal her eyes.

Only way for the show to continue is if emma, jay, van, vic, nadia and marco are all evicted otherwise emma will kick it all of again and it will happen again.

Can we not just evict Emma and be done with it!

Surely it would be risking her mental health (!!) if she were let back in....?

Emma is the unstable one. You get the impression that the others could be reasoned with (or bought off with cigarettes). She has probably got ADD and could do with some psychological help - surely the BB bods should have weeded this out with their 'processes'? If they exist.

Emma is the spark which sets it all off which is a problem.

I think Emma only has an issue with Victor though ..... and I don't blame her .... he's a lying, shifty, cowardly bully !

I guess BB continue with this "Lite" version of the show with HM's seperated until they and C4 decide how things will (and if they will) continue. I don't think we'll see Emma again.

I am sorry but what ever Emma is or has done, it in no way justifies what Jay and Victor did yesterday. NO-Fukin-way! Not from ANY perspective, fact it, they responded in a completely over the top aggresive and violent manner to, let be honest, the fact that their game plan was discovered.

Victor shouldnt even be in there, he's already assaulted 2 of them, what more do they want him to do?!

k.

In law marco, nadia and emma are as "guilty".

"breach of the peace" can be usead against those that incite trouble. Something they certainly did.

I've heard lots about what Vicotr did, but then the HMs seem to be talking as if Jason was worse - what did he do?

And did Vanessa attack Nadia?

assault is a verbal threat putting someone in fear of physical force being used.

i think there were more than 2 of those last night.

That didn't happen this year... Well it did - but in reverse.

"You seem borderline personality disorder - you are in!"
"You don't seem to be aware that your actions have implications - you are in!"
"You get stuck at two when counting from one to ten - you are in!"

If we accept your definition, then surely applying this standard to Victor while not to Emma (or indeed anyone else who used verbal threats) is unfair?

I'd make one other point ... to baldly state that 'an assault has taken place' suggests, IMO, that physical contact has been made. I know that by legal definition this isn't necessarily the case, but I suspect that 95%+ of the population would associate 'assault' with 'physical contact having been made'.

To throw 'he's assaulted two people' out there without making it clear that he didn't hit anyone is bordering on the disengenuous (sp?).

I agree - when someone states that an assult has taken place it tends to mean actual bodily contact.

What actually happened was a verbal assult - but surely that worked both ways.......?

BB: Emma, you have been evicsted
Emma: Eh, what's that mean
BB: It means that you have been evicted Emma.
Emma: Errr, Like, we're all going home, yeah?
BB: Hmmm?

apparently a statement has been made to the bbc - you can read it here - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertain...io/3814929.stm

They seem from the statement to be putting their schedule and jobs first. They have to make a decision not the HM. They are responsible.

If they expel those who fought they leave less than half the house at worst and two thirds of it at best.

Leaving the show to continue will just create Jade like hate figures when people emerge - they should have learnt that lesson.

If some go others may follow in sympathy. Some may want to go anyway. Vanessa has no reason to stay. Others may follow.

If they leave any of the hareem in with Victor or Jason it wil happen again if they stay and the hareem might walk anyway. Vanessa and Nadia is another impossible relationship.

They can't depend on a promise or hope it wouldn't happen again as that would breach any duty of care and the relevant TV regulations. It could be worse next time. They also can't put people in there knowing they have already been traumatised and might be again. There is no reason to think the fight wouldn't recur and it was sheer luck Stuart could hold Victor and didn't get hit.

Basically its like one of those political stories where the PM says he has confidence until the real story comes out and the person is axed.
