Emma is the only guilty party, after her disgusting racist attack on another housemate and her negative stereotyping of a race.
So far, its just a ticker headline @ the BBC (also announced on BBC Five Live) without a link to an article - more soon.
I guess if the police are investigating, then the HMs will be interviewed maybe forensics involved if there was criminal assult? This might be the death-nail of BB5?

That's not speculation - I heard many of the HM's say on several occasions, that Victor threw wine over Emma and flung Nadia across the room.

What? She said "Acting like you're black" to him, if YOU find any racist connotations there tehn it's clearly ebcause YOU think that there's something wrong with acting "Black". The racism issue is a throw away argument, it has no weight and if anything happens in response to it it's just an example of revense discrimination at work.

Negative connotation and sterotyping according to skin colour is RACISM. Emma is a vile racist, pure and simple, and deserves to be arrested for her comments.

You can not arrest somebody for saying that.
You can arrest somebody for threatening their life (eg Jase).
Emma has incited racial hatred...she has said 'ni**er' whilst in there and has now said victor is acting black...she should be thrown out immediately....

You are the one who is unable to accept that victor has assaulted two people. I accept emma said "acting like you're black" but the racism comes from teh USAGE of the words, not teh words themselves. Man, i am gonna have to start giving english lessons on these boards.
