Currently watching the last season of 30 Rock and then onto Dark Shadows. Not the film or reboot series. The original! Haven't seen it since the stupid o'clock showing on sci-fi channel many years ago! By chance, I Found the region 1 complete coffin edition in a charity shop for £30! Couldn't believe my luck!

Brilliant series. Enjoy

Can't believe you found the boxset in a charity shop

Myself and my OH have just finished binge-watching Breaking Bad - one of the best things I've ever seen. So happy I watched all in one go, rather than over several years.

I just recently started watching this, having never been a country music fan but the music on here is great and I have Scarlett hair envy!
Oh yes! I would love that whole blonde wavy thing going on

Would never wear cowboy boots with a skirt though...(or with anything, come to think of it )

Stop after that don't be tempted by season 8. Even hard core Castle fans hate it. Me included.

Original Poldark was fantastic, it was our Sunday evening treat to watch before bed when I was growing up.

I haven't actually watched it

There's a little bit of me that won't because I have such fond memories of the original series that I don't want to override

I'm also not sure Aiden Turner was the right person for Ross Poldark either even though I think he's a fabulous actor.

I'm sure I'll get round to watching it eventually though.

Just started watching Nashville today, it's surprisingly good although I don't like country music, there's a lot of story to make up for that
Enjoy the music because it gets seriously ridiculous as a show from Season Three onwards! It's one of my guilty TV programmes that I love even though it gets so daft.

I know what you mean. I am like that with remakes.

Thanks for that advice. I have been hearing the same thing from all over the internet! It's really *that* bad?!

The Breaking Bad spin-off - 'Better Call Saul' - is rather good, too

I'd managed to stack up season one of Shades Of Blue so I'm currently going through it in preperation for the season finale next week.

Put it this way, after certain announcement made in April, fans of the show and I mean really hardcore fans, web masters of respected fansites etc were calling, or even setting up petitions to get the show cancelled. So yes season 8 was that bad and worse.

Oh yes, I remember the announcement, though I hadn't connected it in my brain with how bad season 8 apparently is.. So, as long as season 7 doesn't end on a cliffhanger, I shan't bother with season 8 then. I know-or at least I'm pretty sure I know- how the whole series ends anyway and I gather that had something to do with fan pressure. Had they got a season 9 and gone ahead with their original plan, season 8 would have ended very differently, I assume.

Thank you for your help.

Not a box set as such, but we're currently watching a series called 'The Night Of' & it's rather good!
