Just woundering why we havent gone to part 2 yet? I mean the last john james and josie thread had about 5200 and they went on to the next part, we have passed them and are still on part one?

Thread splits are done manually. We try to split them as close to 4,500 posts as possible but due to time restraints we don't always get around to do thread splits.

Lol, I'm much older than that and still love it, though I didn't discover it until later in life by seeing it on Toonami whilst watching Pokemon (another Mario love)

Wow, part 2!

I think Mario is pretty clued up on the gameplayers in there and although I'm sure he'd like to be friends with Dave and JUJ1 again, I think it's more to have a peaceful life in there.

He is not one for holding grudges though and has more forgiveness in him than the very unchristian-like Dave.

Mario just wants to have fun, not be weighed down by a tense atmosphere all the time. It's a shame that JJ1 and Dave are so obsessed with the game 24/7 and ironic that they accuse Mario of being ultra competitive when that description applies far, far more to them lol.

I think the real difference this week is that Mario is not getting as hurt by the nastiness, he has risen above it to a certain extent and hasn't stooped to their level. He might even be a bit amused by their paranoia now.

Going back to last night's HLs show, anyone else notice how Dave and some others were talking about Mario nominating JJ, and someone (Josie?) said it was surprising seeing as Mario had been massaging JJ recently.

No-one seemed to have taken on board the fact that JJ had initated it as part of his task to invade people's space. I think that's why Mario was surprised JJ nominated him. He obviously thought JJ had asked him to do it as a friend, and not as part of a task.

None of the people chatting even commented on the fact that JJ nommed Mario first. (Unless it was edited out of course)

Dave, immediately piped up afterwards saying something like, "Well he massaged me, but still put me up".

Not very forgiving for a minister, is he? On top of that he nommed Mario, but still wants him to give him massages.

I'd forget putting chilli powder in the jelly babies if I were Mario, and put it in the massage oil instead.

They lost, but they said they was going to throw it.

I loved Garlic jr for some reason. I loved perfect cell sage as well and the cell games. Hercle was a moron.

Agreed, Mario just needs to stick with corin and sam, he will be fine.

MM, I saw your post on the last thread about why BB doesn't seem as interested in nice, decent HMs - I've no idea why they think we don't want to see good people doing well; the truth is quite the opposite.

I think you are right, and he is gravitating much more to Corin, Andrew, and Sam who I think are much better for him.

Excellent post; completely agreed with it all.

JJ1 and Dave's paranoia is actually becoming laughable. They complain at Mario for flipping a button, then they still bitch after he changes his system. They complain about him being competetive, yet are far more competetive themselves (I've not yet caught up with last night or this morning, but I'm betting it won't be long before JJ claims that Mario and Andrew throwing the horse task is all part of a ploy to look good and long-term strategy, etc etc). They complain about Mario's tantrums, which are over in ten minutes, yet are fine with their own 3-day hissy fits.

Am glad in a way because the shopping task now rests on them and if it had been on Mario and Andrew's shoulders and they failed you can imagine the fallout can't you lol. The other hms would have gone on and on and on at them ifthey had caused them to have basic rations.

Fingers crossed that the curse does not strike again (lightning never strikes twice, right? ). But I hope you have a great holiday! Where are you off to?

While I'm away I have very little internet time, so I'm not as clued up on what may happen in BB or who may get evicted. Therefore my fave housemate being evicted is even more difficult to take.
