There does appear to be a cut, just after Victor throws the silver tray at emma, theres a fade and victor suddenly appears at the other side of the room...

The "tray incident" was shown on BBLB, Victor threw what looked like a large paper plate back, perhaps it was that which Emma threw at him?

Yes they do.

All that happened in this instance is that the article was originally issued without the video, so the original link above was merely catching them during the act of manually updating it - first adding the updated article with a new article number, then pulling the original and republishing the new version in its place.

The article wasn't "pulled" or anything so dramatic, it was merely updated, and the indexing took a little while to catch up.
