I still don't understand how anyone can be right in the head and support Victor and Jason. It disgusts me.”

Then Marco and Emma are far bigger thugs in this respect.
Try going out in Manchester on a Friday night for a good time with your mates and you'll come up against these sorts of out of control idiots. I'd rather get them off the streets than a few harmless Victors or Jasons posing and hanging round on street corners.

WHAT?? That's the stupidest bullshit i've ever heard, in your lingo they were provoking a provocation?

SheMoore19, it was quite evident that last night neither Jason or Victor were having 'fun' and the Harem quite clearly knew this and displayed so in such a patronising provocative way. If Marco came up to me and did a freakishly camp dance in front of me in provocation i'd have clashed him one, then went off to slap the man/beast Nadia. Marco has the NERVE to act like he's been intimidated all day in the highest pitch his voice can go.

Marco out now.

Where's all this crap about domestic abuse come from anyway?

Did J hit anyone? No? Did Victor hit anyone? No. Did they get angry and abusive? Yes. But so did the Harem! Personally I support J and V more than Harem, not because I like them but because they were continually provoked over a number of hours by a bunch of social retards. Food fights? Screaming? Deliberately provoking people? How anyone can like and support that vile group of individuals is beyond me.”

if you read my post rather than ranting about it you may have found that i made the same point and agree with
you.

domestic abuse is when people you live with abuse you and is very apt for the bb house

Then your saying your right and the entire legal system is wrong sorry I dont agree with you.. there are valid reasons for somethings and provocation is one of them.

BTW: Im sorry if you experience something unpleasant in real life and dont intentionally want to offend you.

Jason and Victor PROVOKED the whole thing with their nasty talk about the others!

They were clearly upset to see Emma and Michelle back which PROVOKED the others into overtly having fun. Why couldn't they just relax and join in?

Well how would you fancy your odds of standing up in front of that same legal system and using "well he danced at me" as a suitable provocation for violence?

As always with these things, it was really rather more complex and involved than that.

Pericom.....Thanks.

No, of course the whole legal system isn't wrong, but I do think that what is called 'provocation' is a fine line.

My comment wasn't strictly aimed at you. The domestic abuse thing is something I've seen appear quite a few times over the past few days and weeks when people talk about J and V and it annoys me.

Sorry for the confusion

The difference is that for all their faults, Victor and Jason were both PLAYING A TACTICAL GAME.

Emma and Marco, on the other hand, were both genuinely vindictive.

Nope.. sorry dont agree with you. Watch the movie clip posted here of the start of the whole thing - you will see its Marco who provoked the situation.

Marco didnt have any right to dance like a seal in his face.. spray water on him.... etc..

If you don want a slap.. dont come up to someones face and behave like a fool.

Aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh! Stop provoking me! That comment is so wrong on so many different levels!

Join in and have fun? What? With a bunch of screaming children who enjoy having foodfights? Christ, the Teen BB contestants behaved more maturely than that sorry bunch freaks. I'm sorry but some adults just don't see the fun in throwing food at each other in their house. Weird isn't it?

As for the provoking the provocation (not sure if you were joking), V and J didn't know the Bedsit Bitches were going to come back into the house did they? They didn't know E and M could see hear and see everything they were saying. They were obviously pissed off at the site of seeing them return but E and M and Marco and Nadia just made the situation 100x worse.

Playing an evil game, maybe.

Emma and Marco weren't being vindictive, they were expressing their displeasure at the way those two had been badmouthing them so badly, and doing it in an imaginative way.

I know J & V got hosed in the snug, but hey, a bit of water never hurt anyone and if they had lightened up earlier and accepted the situation they would have found it as funny as we did.

I do not stick up for Marco cos he is gay. I do not champion Nadia because she's transexual. I do not think that being female gives you certain priviliges. I just say that they were just having fun and because it was the lads who lost their rag.”

Only to a point. Am I the only person disgusted by the sheer scale and selfishness of the food fight. Let's not forget that this is where the fight started from.

Blame culture is ever more prevalent in our society, as us experts predict with precise speculation!

Temporarily, I refrain from passing any actual judgement.

I accept there was provocation. I hate to be pedantic but provocation would only be mitigation not an excuse.

I find all of them guilty

Oh dear. First, chucking a tray at someone's head isn't clever. So that's Emma dealt with.

Marco was clearly being provocative - his game plan is to wind other people up. He and Nadia provided the spark on the pile of dynamite last night. So that's Marco dealt with.

Turning to the dynamite. Jason turned a table over but he didn't strike anyone. He lost his cool and used violent language but he did not lose control and strike someone. Naughty boy but not a thug.

Victor is debatable. He wasn't happy last night. However, he first tried to break up Jason/Marco and then took Jason away to cool down. There are plus points. The key question with Victor is his reaction to the physical attack on him by Emma. Was it out of proportion - I have no idea and neither do any of you because that footage is not public.

For me - Emma should be expelled from the house. We can deal with the rest of them. One thing's certain - if you bet on Marco, Jason, Emma, Victor or Nadia to win this year then you lost your money last night.
