Quick Wikipedia scan...

Get Sexy - In the UK it has sold 165,000 copies making it their 8th best selling single

About a Girl - As of April 2010 it has sold 120,000 copies in the UK

and nothing about Wear My Kiss apart from the fact that it apparently sold more than About a Girl

I still can't believe how badly Sweet 7 sold! Its a shame really because the album tracks are much better than the singles in my opinion.

Really it was a worldwide smash hit then.

I thought About A Girl crossed 200,000 recently, maybe not. Internationally, it did alright, and it's done pretty well on radio here, their second most played track IIRC.

About A Girl is a great song and its a shame it didn't do the business in the UK. It's so much better than anything The Saturdays released recently. So I think the issue is the whole Keisha thing and fans feeling bitter about her axing.

Sweet 7 is an ace album! it really is solid and good to listen to, even the ballads are shockingly brilliant! my fave incarnation of the band! Sugababes 4.0

About A Girl is my favourite single by Sugababes! and the video should have been SO much better for the song.

I am saddened by the fact the album did not sell as much as expected BUT at least they're getting ready with their 8th album.

I agree

It's one of my most played songs. The lyrics are absolutley awful but i think it's their best song next to Push the button

I really loved About A Girl for the first couple of weeks, but I can't stand it now. One of their worst and laziest singles in my opinion. My favourite single has to be either Freak Like Me, Round Round, Stronger, Denial or Push The Button - they're in a completely different league.

But still, I'm really surprised that Wear My Kiss sold more than About A Girl. I do think its a better song though.

About a Girl is my favourite song of theirs, and my most played song of theirs... it's just... amazing.

Love 'About A Girl' also. As others have said, the lyrics are rubbish but who cares. The song is great and is definitely up there with their best IMO. Also like Sweet and Amazing and Wear My Kiss from the album.

I like Sweet 7 by the Sugababes

the Line up changes have never been any kind of issue for me as I look on Sugababes as an ever changing brand.

Wait for You is a glorious track love Jade Ewens power vocals throughout the chorus, anyone know if its ever been performed live?

Miss everything is fantastic. I think that would of been a huge hit in the US, not because of Sean kingston alone but for me it screams US SUMMER SMASH HIT

It shows off Jade's vocals off well. One of the few songs on the album that does

IMO I think the singles were all a bit too different to similar.

I think they made a mistake choosing WMK over 'Crash and Burn' as the lead single as they could've wowed people with acoustic performances and altered the perception that they were now just budget pussycat dolls

not bad sales, terriable album sales, but then again it was a terriable album, excluding the singles and that heartbreak song which i forgot what its called.

The album sales were indeed dire. It's actually a really good album imo too.

Loads of potential singles on it, stuff that would have been Top 5 material if it wasn't for fan and press muppetry.

Really? It is rather bland, the only single worthy songs on there are the singles themselves. Really Bad Album, they've lost thier spark.

They ost their spark when Mutya left IMO - only like mark 1 & 2 of the babes....I tried with Amelle but have never liked her voice (SHOCKING how they put her on the GH cover). Have slided even further with the axing of Keisha - they're no longer the Sugababes in my eyes

Push the button is one of my all time fav songs. The lyrics are so out there and as it is. Plus they all sound vocally great. About you now is a good song but didn;t deserve to trump Push the button sales wise.

I really loved sweet 7 and it's one of the best R&b albums from a brit act i have ever come across imo.
