What are yours?

Mine would have to be:
For usefulness -
Buscape. Being able to compare prices IRL wins it for me.

For fun -
Google Sky Map

Spec Trek (augmented reality ghost capture game)

Spheremare (Pang!)

Misc -
Tricorder

Solaris

Layar

MyTracks (keeps tracks of outdoor activities - running, cycling, etc.)
Meridian (excellent video player IMO)

Mine would have to include the following useful apps.

Your Orange - keep an eye on account balances, remaining mins/texts/etc, manage magic numbers etc.

Orange wednesdays - find your local cinema using the GPS, get driving directions, film times, watch film trailers and read film reviews. Available on the Android Market for anyone on any network!

XDA Developers - basically a free version of the tapatalk app which is locked to the XDA developers forums

Google voice search - an app for 2.1, integrated into 2.2.

Shazam Encore - add free, unlimited tagging.

Mechanics Touch - Lemmings!

Classic Simon

Ebay

Amazon MP3

thanks for that,

I've now ttried endmondo today.
More reliable, automatic and my initial impression is that it is more professional with its calendar facility etc.

you shouldnt be using an app killer on Android. Some people have reported that it adversely effects the battery life.

Lookout - for security

Sorry SMS - great for when you can't instantly reply to texts
SMS Reader. - Again great for when you're on the road

WhatsApp - Textin without using texts, uses data

Skype

Google Maps/Sat Nav

Power Control plus - for personalised buttons

BBC iPlayer

Advanced Task Killer

Shazam

Movies

Music Junk - Free p2p mp3 downloading

Your Orange

Record It - I prefer to sky's own remote record app

BBC News

Shh! Auto - Great for setting exact times when you want your phone on silent

SMS Popup - Works well with SMS Reader

Call Confirm - Stops you accidently dialling, which I did all the time when I first had my Desire.
