Britney Spears - Piece of Me

Misheard line: with a kid on my arm I'm still an exceptional anal
Real line: with a kid on my arm I'm still an exceptional earner

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRNivfo-MvI

0.34 secs onwards
You're not alone there! I've been wondering for ages what that lyric actually was.

Let's be honest here, Gaga DID sing 'Red Wine'. I'll accept that maybe she did intend to say 'Red One', but, she didn't.

Monrose - Even Heaven Cries

Misheard: "just know when you feel the rain" (this was from a live performance of the song)
Actual: "just know when you feel that way"

Only picked that one up when watching a live performance of the song on Youtube at lunchtime today.

That spoils the song for me. Why would they pick somewhere as unglamorous as Glasgow. I don't care if it was written there, but it should have been something else.

Another one from Pack Up, which I'm sure is wrong, is "Tip toe round the shit going down".

It's too nice to have any form of profanity in it!
I used to think it was shit until I heard it on the radio without being bleeped out, I'm now assuming the word is ship

It might just be Heather Small's singing, but on the version of Perfect Day for Children in Need 1997, I detect this misheard lyric:

Actual: It's such a perfect day, I'd like to spend it with you - but Heather makes it sound the opposite:

Misheard: It's such a perfect day, I'd like to finish with you!

Herman's Hermits - Silhouettes

Actual - "Let me in or else I'll beat down your door"

Heard - "Let me in or else I'll wee down your door" - think this is a fairly common one.

But as a youngster I read it as being some sort of diabolical act of revenge.

I'm surprised this wasn't publicised more actually. A lot of music channels and radio station actually did play "Tip toe round the shit goin' down" for maybe... as much as a month before realising she was actually swearing as replacing it with the censored version.

In that song "Sexy Bitch" by whoever sings it, it sounds like "Sexy Fish".

lol Oh and BTW the song is sung by Akon, featuring Davis Guetta, though it's advertised as "Sexy Chick" by David Guetta ft. Akon

Hope that helps
