complaing to vodafone CEO office
hi im hoping someone can help me in writing to the ceo office of vodafone.cant really go into much detail but ive been writing to
customer relations manager vodafone ltd the connection newbury berkshire RG14 2FN nothing seems to be getting anywhere and im getting told different things.so just hoping someone has details of who to write to.thanks in advance  .

What you need to do is ask them in writing for a Deadlock Letter. With this you can go to the ombudsman OTELO (otelo.org.uk) who will make an independent decision which is binding on Vodafone.
