Hi All,
I'm just setting up the iphone 4 and all is well apart from the sound... there is no sound/audio...when receiving calls it just viberates, keyboard sound when tapping is non existant....all the sound settings looks ok to me.... have i missed some setting somewhere... The phone is not on silent either physically or through software.. Thanks |

have you checked the switch on the left hand side? If there is a red dot then the phone is set to silent.

Presumably you have tried pressing the volume up button to turn the ringer volume up to the max. If no joy, take it to an Apple store, they'll swap it.

I did everything.... the volume is on highest...silent is off...physical button is on as well...system restore...reboot..... it seems like its faulty....viberate is working....might find some other uses for it
