payg sims - Germany

Does anyone know of any payg sims you can get in Germany with 3g access? Going in the near future and I've got an iphone. It would be useful to browse, the only thing is I know how extortionate data roaming is. So I thought perhaps I could get a sim, top it up and use it.

The only thing is i'm having problems finding any info.

Vodafone.de has "CallYa OpenEnd Internet" looks like it's 99c per day.
