Rachel is expressionless as Ragan tries to explain that her lack of impulse control has let her down. I thought his best description was the chat that led up to the Brendon-Neanderthal thing; that she's a bad sport, congratulating herself too much when she wins, and pouting and sulking when she loses.
They're reaching some sort of understanding though, tricky for a neurotic drama queen and a self-obsessed egotist.
