The 3 strike rules??

18-06-2004
ok, as the last BB's had this rule and I think I am right in saying that kitten was booted out because of it, I am guessing this is still in force.
So, how come it isnt being adhered to....
On my reckoning the following should have been given warnings on past indiscretions lets say I know some already have wrnings which Im hope I have added...
I no particualr order.... lol

Victor...
1. Discussing nominations (with jason and stuart)
2. The first arguement with emma
3. Going on the roof (sure kitten got one for this)
4. The second bust up with Emma
5. Throwing and hitting Emma with metal tray ( not sure if this would fall into the same cat as no. 4)
6. discussing nominations again with jason
7. Threating housemate with violence in or out of the house (think this is against the rules)

Emma...
1. first arguement with victor
2. second arguement with victor
3. Throwing and hitting Victor with metal tray ( not sure if this would fall into the same cat as no. 2)
4. Threating housemate with violence in or out of the house (think this is against the rules)

Jason...
1. discussing nominations with victor
2. threatening violence against another housemate (marco)
3. Discussing nominations ( after being warned first time)

Nadia.
1. Throwing table during arguement

I also beleive stuart had a warning for discussing nominations

Not sure about the rest and I am sorry about such a long post.

If this is the case of the three main characters then surely all three should be out and new housemates brought in ( hence a third group) as they would be targeted for eviction by the others for being "outsiders"....

having an argument is not a strikeable offence.

I thought Stuart received one for tampering with the safe on the alcohol fridge, not discussing nominations. Not really sure. Plus Victor shouldn't get one for just having an argument with Emma (the first one).

You're certainly right though, BB does seem to have become more relaxed with the strike rule (after Kitten's 33 strikes not 3) but maybe Victor will leave tonight due to his rule breaking?

Ok amend that and put into its place threatening violence then in place for both emma and victors arguements ie. emma "I'll f***ing kill you numerous times. and victor "saying the same " ok might be verbal threats but think still against BB rules

oh yea forgot about the great fridge escapade lol.. thanks for that one

Don't think they can stick to the rules anymore. 3 strikes and everyone would be gone. What a load of rubbish.

Shell clearly told everyone who she had nominated. There has been so much nomination talk that they should either give everyone who has discussed them a strike, not just a few, or.........wipe the strikes for nomination talks to date, but tell them that any further attempts to influence nomations, or discuss who they have nominated will receive a strike. I think it is too much of a muddle now to decide who has and hasn't discussed them.

There's been too much rule breaking in this house. BB has been forced into a position of subjectivity (started with Kitten of course) so we might as well treat the BB strikes as just another case of BB doing whatever BB wants for the best drama/ratings/etc now. nd

Apologies...was me that started the other thread......the point of the other one being to try and figure out who REALLY has warnings as a pose to who you THINK should have warnings!!!!!
The latter is much more fun.......but I just wanted some facts!

missed off victors list of offences:

8) Disabling cameras by covering them over

9) Ripping the handle off the diary room door

But there is an interesting point still to be made.

When Kitten got 3 strikes 'SOMEONE' could be evicted.
How fun would it be to have Victor get done but have Nadia kicked out

He'd have to spend the next two days in the bathroom arranging his hair, and putting cream on his face before coming out to the press.
