Making & Receiving Phone calls in Spain
Sorry if this has been asked before but I struggled with the search option.
Has anyone researched the cheapest way of making and receiving mobile telehpone calls in Spain. My network (Vodafone) charge 99p per minute to make OR receive in Spain if not using Spanish Vodafone and 75p if you are. Bloody extortionate. My brother on O2 is charged 25p to receive and 50p to make - not bad but no good to me until my contract runs out. I was thinking of getting a Spanish Pay As U Go simm and leaving a message on my Vodafone answerservice saying to call that number on say a temporary basis for the next 2 weeks only and then telling them to revert back to my true Vodafone number after a certain date. I believe this would mean that the person ringing me from the UK would pay the full amount of the call and I would pay nothing to receive it. I haven't checked how much it is to call the UK from Spain on a Spanish PAYG. Does anyone have any thoughts on this please or other ideas? Cheers. |

Have a look at T-Mobile with International Option .. International Option can save a lot of money on making and receiving international calls.
