I don't think Ragan will ever do anything that involves sneaking around at night, he goes for the video messages so there's no risk of being caught.

Some people are saying that the only way he would accept the role was if he just had to do the videos. The producers couldn't have America vote for the saboteur and then that person refuse to do it could they, they would have offered him practically anything to become the saboteur.
