Hi all, don't know if anyone can help, I have a SAMSUNG Blu Ray player, think it's a 1580, it runs fine 90% of the time, but then all of a sudden when I switch it on to watch a DVD, the picture image increases, not just the DVD image, but the SAMSUNG logo too, and I loose about 25% maybe a bit more of the right hand side of thepicture, no matter how much 'fiddling' I do it's the same, but if I leave it about 30 mins or so, switch on again it's fine! any pointers.
Thnx in advance

I noticed RS were giving away 5 films with it and at a cut price
You have to ask ...why?
Then looking at reviews I could see.why they want to get rid

Hmm...

'It might be 1580'.....

Have you tried bashing it on the top?

Or the side.

Guy seems to ask a valid question, and you give
a nice 'smart arse, I'm cleverer, and think I know more than you answer'

I am having similiar problems with mine although I don't have the same model you have.

trying to get through to their support line is a joke.

Have you checked any of the picture settings on the player itself? Also does it happen with all dvds or only some of them?
