Now im fully aware i may be in the minority here..

But i can eat pineapple with pretty much anything, on a pizza, with chicken, i like duck and pineapple, gammon and pineapple, literally any meat and pretty much any food with pineapple...

Please tell me im not alone!

No, I'm a fan of sweet and savoury and pineapple is one of the best things for that.

I always have gammon and pineapple, never egg.
I like chicken & pineapple pizza. A better version though is garlic butter, pinapple and onion. It's a lovely veggie pizza, but you could have ham/bacon or chicken on also.

I like chicken stir-fry with chilli, garlic ginger and pineapple. The sweetness of the fruit cuts across the heat of the chilli.

PINEAPPLE in a curry yum... one with coconut milk it just is yum, caution very hot

I love fresh prepared pineapple chunks from the local supermarket and am a huge fan of spicy pizza with pineapple on it. Other than that I rarely eat it.

Fresh pineapple is really nice, my hubby had a pineapple, ham and cheese sarnie the other week.

I ate a whole fresh pineapple the day before I went into labour with my youngest son

I love fresh pineapple but it makes my mouth a bit sore? not sure why- anyone else had this?

It the chemical Bromelain that's in it. Pineapple juice is good for tenderising meat. Don't leave it too long though.

This is an allergy to a chemical produced as it ripens. I used to get it only with pineapple and melon but over the years it is all fruit and my mouth blisters and itches too. It lasts about an hour. Apparently it is related to hay fever which I get worse every year too.

Still love pineapple though!

Me too, it is the juice of the pineapple for me that it starts to burn as if it is acid. I have to stop eating at this point. I love pineapple, but I end up feeling like I need to scrape my tongue with something to get all the juice off it.

Fry the pineapple ring with an egg yolk in the middle.

Gammon & egg just doesn't do it for me.
