Evesham DTR250 software

Hello

Does anyone have a copy of the T816 Evesham DTR250 3.7 software, the link on Futaura's website is down. I tried searching for it online but cant find it anywhere.
http://www.vestelpvr.futaura.co.uk/T816.php

I tried the other 3.7 version to fix the problem where you cannot go to the channel selected in the EPG but now I regularly get programs over recording by 3 hours or so and would like to go back to the original Evesham 3.7 software.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for letting me know the rapidshare link is broken. If you can hang on for a few days, I was planning on overhauling the download structure at the weekend in preparation for some new additions. At the same time, I'll make the Evesham software available locally on my site.

OK thanks futaura, good to know you still have it as I can't find it linked anywhere else.

Site update ahead of schedule - the file that you wanted should be there now.

Thanks very much futaura, I just installed it, so hopefully no more 30 minute programs taking up 3 hours worth of space.

I noticed recently that with the other 3.7 I was using, sometimes it adds the next 2 or 3 programs in the EPG after the program you originally set to record. It does this only while the scheduled program is recording so you can only cancel the other programs at that time.

Yes, I think it's a bug that is triggering an intentional failsafe feature that is part of the Freeview+ spec. Basically, it misses the programme start signal for whatever reason and instead starts recording at the scheduled time (i.e. not waiting for the start signal), and in this case it is supposed to record for 3 hours or so. Of course, it shouldn't be missing the signal so often, and that's the bug.
