Putting Videos on a 7600

I've just come home after purchasing a Nokia 7600. I have put a few songs on there already, but want to put a video on there but I'm not sure how I go about doing so ... If anyone can help me out I would thank them.

Go to www.forum.nokia.com, and search for 'Nokia Multimedia Converter'. You can use that to convert files to .3gp format.

Aaaah, yes, but what software do I then use to put it onto my phone ?
