Infrared and Bluetooth
Hi, 2 things really:
1) My Nokia 5210 works perfectly via infrared with my laptop (Win ME, bought around 1999), but my new 6230 and my bro's 8310 don't. The phone shows up as 'Wireless Link' a few seconds later than if I used my 5210, but then disappears within seconds! I think they've changed some part the way infrared works on Nokia's, and my laptop being slightly old causes problems. Anyone know if I'm right or if they're having problems with infrared on their laptop? (not PCs with an Infrared Cable attachment). 2) It looks like I'll have to use Bluetooth to transfer Mp3's and stuff to my 6230. So you know most of the Bluetooth ‘dongles’ that you can buy from Argos and on the internet and look like Removable Flash Drive/Memory Stick (cost £20-£30)? Do they come with a CD to install them, or do they install themselves like the Removable 128MB Flash Drive/Memory Stick that I have? Thanks a lot guys. Appreciate any help. Seven. |

The answer to your second question is Yes, it does come with an install CD.
