Probably. I have mobile broadband with t-mobile stick for when I'm out and about and I have 1GB fair-use policy. Which means if I go over that limit (and the live feed is very very draining) I can't watch videos etc., between 4pm and midnight. Other than those hours the internet is unrestricted.

I have sky broadband at home and because I was watching John James & Josie so much on the live feed I went over my fair use policy within days of having the internet installed. So much so that they upgraded me to unlimited which costs more but obviously there are no restrictions.
