I agree with you, she seems a sweet, lovely girl - and if Cheryl doesnt pick her she deserves a slap

Just checking in. Matt's my outright favourite but Gamu's my girl. She's a lovely emotional singer and seems really genuine to me. Really hope that she gets through.

Spoiler
(One of the betting firms was talking about a wild card entry for her based on the way people were betting -- but betting and odds and all of that is a mystery to me.)

Gamu is my absolute favourite this year.

I shed tears when she performed at bootcamp. Ive never cried at an X-factor contestant singing before! I want her to be in the live show SO badly! It'll be more then tragic if she has been cut short from the show for either not pleasing queen cheryl or if she is being deported. I don't fully believe anything yet, not until next weeks show.

She won me over with her first audition, amazing.

When she sang that Dylan song, that automatically put her at the top of the list.

So much emotion... A few of the others are great singers, but none have created that special emotional connection yet.

I will definitely be disappointed if Gamu does not get through but Cheryl does have such a amazing group of girls. I also like Cher and Rebecca and I think that it will be very hard for Cheryl not to have put Katie through, especially as she is a big favourite with Simon, although on saying that, so is Gamu!

If rumours are true and Gamu did not get through and there is a wildcard for each group this year then I hope Gamu is put through for definite!

I just hope Gamu gets through in whatever capacity she can (wild card, final 12) but if Cheryl picks I don't have much faith. Cheryl was really off and rude to her at Judge's house.

If Gamu knows anyone with a bit of internet savvy and some recording knowledge and put something together her version of walking on sunshine maybe..something could happen cos she has great buzz at the mo ..how about Gamu being the artist championed by the internet to stop the x factor xmas no1!!

now that would be ironic!!

Gamu was the only one i would have voted for this year so they just lost my money unless she gets in on wild card !

My favourite has gone. I wouldn't buy a CD of any of the others as they stand at the moment but I would have bought Gamu's.

Same here I would have bought Gamu's CD, The others don't interest me at all, I really liked her voice and she is as cute as a button.

I recon if gamu recorded the that song right now she would get number 1 just with her popularity

I pray to god she comes back somehow. There is no way she wouldn't win now if she were to return. I will die a little inside if she is deported though.

She won't be deported (UK does not 'deport' people to Zimbabwe) and with Simon's legal team behind her, I am confident they will be fine and Gamu will be back next year. She will only be 19, and she will have an amazing chance!
