I doubt that Katie has much longer left on the x factor but i truly belive she could be a star so i hope this experience does not put her off music and that she is continues singing after the show and releases records i would buy them

i hate the main forums sometimes, there are some nasty spitedful people out there!!! I hope katie stays for a long time so that everyone on this thread can go on the main forums and stick there two fingers up at all the haters!!

Can someone tell me exactly WHY everyone dislikes her (sorry not everyone, but people who say nasty stuff about her?) What has she done to deserve it? I didnt watch any of the auditions or the judges houses stuff so all the contestants were new to me at the live shows and neither do I read any of the redtop chav papers so I don't read the gossip either.

I like her and hope she stays. She is different and a bit of fun.

I was quite struck by Katie when I first saw her and through her next stages on X Factor. If I'm honest I went off her a bit at the judge's house stage. However, she sang really melodically in her survival sing-off last Sunday and tonight was her best live performance so far. Welcome back to my heart Katie!

aww its week I seem to like katie even more, she's probably in my top 5 now! and i cannot understand the outrage of last nights vote at all! cheryl was put in an impossible position, I wouldnt have wanted to choose either!

and i agree with Simon, i would much rather watch katie on a saturday night rather than Treyc, even though she does have great vocals!

I love Katie! I feel like she's misunderstood. She's such an intense singer and sadly, the majority of the British public are too stupid to realise good talent, especially because they keep voting Wagner IN.

I too can't stand all the hate she's getting on the main forum, but can't say I'm surprised.. after all she is female & attractive, never a good mix. Sadly X-Factor seems to be going in the same direction as Big Brother did in the last few series in regards to female contestants.

Would Matt be half as popular with the viewers if he was female? Some how I think not.
