Sky Talk Free time now 7pm to 7am

For those who are not aware:-

Couldn't believe it when I received my August bill (for July)and found £12 worth of calls made between 6pm and 7pm - I thought these calls were free being after 6pm. After searching the Net and finding nothing on this I decided to phone Sky and ask what has changed.

They told me that the free calls 'window' is now between 7pm and 7am. I asked where was my notification of this, their answer was that it was advertised on TV

After getting a full refund for these calls I did say that a letter or an e-mail would've actually been useful along with all the other e-mails I get from Sky 3 times per week.

I just found this out last night. I also tried to find out by searching thier website and could find anything other than "free off-peak calls" plastered all over their Sky Talk pages, but no mention of what times "off-peak" was!!
I eventually found the "free time" to be 7pm-7am in a small corner in the small print on a service page about Sky Talk, tucked away deep in their website.

Certainly not obvious, and no where near any of the sales pages, so how do new customers find this info out never mind existing!!

Those on Sky Talk Freetime who have left their line rental with BT can still have 18185, 1899 and 18866 accounts and using any of them would overcome - except for 5p - this ridiculous change.
