Hi all!
That's really good to hear.
It's much better for Mario to forgive and forget, and to remain friends with the people he shared the BB experience with, even though some of them didn't treat him terribly well at times. He really does accept people's flaws but remain friends with them regardless - it's a lovely quality.
That made me aww and LOL at the same time. I'll be watching UBB from tonight (last night was a little too soon for me), and I'm looking forward to it! Who's coming across well so far?
And I've finally got my Vampire Diaries DVDs! Yippeeee!

That's really good to hear.

Yeah, I've just been reading up that Josie's wanting to leave - I can't blame her, but I can't help being annoyed that it's a waste of a space at the same time. Dave's already said he wouldn't go in there - fingers crossed they offer it to third place...

I mean I seem to have forgotten now how Ben treated him. Was it that bad? Because now that I am thinking back I remember being really angry and annoyed with Ben who at the time I really liked, especially as he seemed to be turning the house and the public against him.

A lot of what ben said about mario was very nasty and personal, it's the motive behind the comments thats odd though, he was obsessed with mario and would talk about him 24/7 and bitch about him doing normal things like wait outside the diary room or have his top off, it became really funny in a way as he was bitching to dave who was also topless everything mario did or said was wrong
Somehow I envy Mario for being so light hearted and still going on being nice to some of those people. Well it may be understandably with Ben, because he had a crush on him, but Dave?
The worst is, that he will probably only will watch past HL Shows, so even now he will not hear all the bitching they did behind his back (well, maybe it's better for him, that he will never see the whole truth)

His friends will tell him though wont they? Sam already told him in the house how he didn't like how dave bullied him, mario said he was a bit disapointed because he was the only one who would give dave the time of day at the start, mario always defended and stuck up for the outcasts didn't he?

I know, not knowing is better. That's why I felt bad about the petition briefly, because reading it (if he ever does) exposes him to the idea of the way he was portrayed and people perceived him. It's not nice, and if it's unnecessary I'd rather he didn't read it.

Yeah I know. It was personal. It was extra cruel.
I don't know whether since he's been out he's defended it specifically, but I know that he's said his humour came across as bitchy. But I'm not sure that excuses it. And I didn't watch live feed then so I'm not sure of all the context.
But yeah, motive, very strange.
I was pleased when he went back in though that he looked genuinely pleased to see Mario. I hope it wasn't just another chance to get some TV time.

Maybe yes, but on the other hand it shows also that there where a lot of people who knew that he was NOT the person they wanted to show off.
I still think there was a positive effect on the petition finally, just remembering the (even small) changes on the C4 main page regarding him.

I didnt think much of Ben at the time, but him coming back in later one made me realise what a good housemate he was, looking back Ben wasnt half as nasty as what Dave was to Mario so i'm ok with Ben at the moment.

My biggest problem with Ben was that he was never honest with Mario about all the spiteful things he said about him behind his back... same with Dave,
With Mario he rarely had a bitch, and was honest with people.
It jsut shows that in britian we support the bitchy people like ben, dave and josie and look down on the kind hearted ones who are honest like mario, sunshine and sam

Oh I can move past it. I just wanted to understand it a bit more. I hadn't discussed it in here before, and I had just started thinking about it again. mainly because I had moved past it - more like forgotten it.
