Do those weather forecasters on TV really know what they're talking about.

Tip: Readers Digest - Nov.1977

Roast Pork

Preheat oven to 220癈 (Gas Mark 7).
Roast for 30 minutes at 220癈 (Gas Mark 7).
Reduce oven temperature to 160 癈 (Gas Mark 3) and continue to roast for 50 minutes per Kg (23 minutes per pound)
Remove the joint from the oven and check that juices run clear.
Rest for 20-30 minutes (not you) before carving.

I just misread the thread title "should fat people get help on the NHS" as "should fat people get help on the SNES". It was the highlight of my day so far.

Really...........ummmmmmm

Algae is any of numerous groups of chlorophyll-containing, mainly aquatic eukaryotic organisms ranging from microscopic single-celled forms to multicellular forms 100 ft. (30 m) or more long, distinguished from plants by the absence of true roots, stems, and leaves and by a lack of nonreproductive cells in the reproductive structures: classified into the six phyla Euglenophyta, Crysophyta, Pyrrophyta, Chlorophyta, Phaeophyta, and Rhodophyta.
