It's now 9.18 pm. Yep , that's boring.
Er...I was sick today.
It was quite sunny earlier.... I'm even boring myself...

If I had to make a guess I would say that 37% of my plums are ripe now. The variety is Victoria.

I shaked and vacced yesterday, and just hoovered again now, and its nice and citrusie..I shall keep shaking and vaccing on Saturdays now

It would have been at that point. However, I now see the folly of my calculation and revise my estimate up to 41% which makes your 'fair calculation' incorrect by 4%.

Unfortunately, never having seen your plums or even your plum tree, I can only make presumptions on your estimation (since you have a better view than I) of how many are ripe at this period . Therefore taking into account that some will fall and be uneatable owing to wasps, birds etc., what is your forecast of the total amount you will have for your consumption.
