Samsung V200 Vodafone problem.

I have a Samsung V200 on the Vodafone network, supplied through Singlepoint. I have a problem receiving picture messages, i can send them with no problem, but not receive. What happens is the phone tries to retrieve the picture message but either "failed to retrieve" or "forbidden" is what it fails with. I have spoken to Singlepoint but they tell me the problem is a specific problem with the V200 that has been going on for weeks and Vodafone are trying to find a fix for. Has anyone else suffered this problem ??
