Photos transferred from mobile are blank
I am transfering mu daughters photos from her Tocco Lite to her laptop. We are using the disc with the phone and follow the procedure nad drag them to the folder on the laptop. But when you go to the laptop to open them it says "the photo is empty" and it is just a white square.
Can anyone help pelase? |

Just done a quick search and recommendations are............
Connect phone to laptop with usb cable, a window should come up as 'removable storage' open this up, you should see your files there. Open up My Pictures or the file you want to place the photos in. Should just be a case of dragging the files from one window to the other. Alternatively - take the memory card out and place it in a card reader if you have one, removable storage window comes up, then carry on as above. |

Thanks.
We have done exactley that and draffed them into the file we want. That was all very straighforward, but the problem lies when you go to that file to open them they are all blank, but you look back at the phone and they are fine. No memory card in phone, so may have to buy one. |

Open the pictures one by one, so that they are displayed on your computer screen, then right click on each photo in turn and "save as" to the new destination directory on the computer.
What "extender" do these photos have? (i.e. filename.ext - where ext = extender). It is possible that the computer simply doesn't recognise that extender, but I'd be surprised if it wasn't filename.jpg, which is easily recognised. |

If this problem still exists for the OP then apparently you must change settings on the Tocco Lite itself:
go into settings, phone settings on your phone, click on pc connections then samsung pc studio, http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question...0093939AAmTtXF And I think the Samsung PC software must be used as well. (installed on the PC, "Samsung PC Studio") |
