Songs that 'stalk' you.
Have there been any songs that have followed you around for a day/week/maybe longer, wherever you go?
You know you listen to the radio and this song comes on and then maybe later you listen to another radio station and the same song comes on and then you turn on the tv and you hear the exact same song and then you go to the shops and you hear that song again. You get what I mean. Also, I mean songs that you haven't heard for ages and don't get played anymore, so not necessarily in the top 40. Also, always when a song follows me around, it's the one that I absolutely hate! A few days ago I listened to two different london based 'current pop' playing radio stations and an american one, and I kept hearing 'Human' by the Killers and it did my head in! So have any songs ever 'stalked' you, or does this just happen to me? |

Use Somebody follows me around quite a lot which is okay, but what is not okay is Te Amo constantly playing on the radio.

Sex On Fire - Kings Of Leon, I wouldn't mind but it's not even close to being one of their best songs

Songs that stalk you across whole countries are those awful novelty songs you hear on holiday like 'las ketchup'
You're like 'what is this tosh?' then you get home and what's the first thing you see on the music channels...

Outkast - Hey ya was the first song I heard, every day for a week at one point in 2003 ish. I didn'ty matter what time i got up, what radio station i listened to, it would be on.
I tried to avoid it on the final day, went into the kitchen and my flatmate had it on her CD player. It was an odd week. Like groundhog day, but with lots of Andre 3000, in a very small student flat in Glasgow. |

When it was around that Crazy Frog song. It was everywhere and a lot of people had it on ring tone and used to sing it. It drove me mad.
