3-3 Draw tonight. Worst referee I've seen in a long time. 2 players sent off for Dissent! Bit of a 21 man Brawl at the end though.

3-3 is a good result for 9v12.

Winchester were due to play Ringwood in the Russel Cotes cup last night, but Ringwood couldn't get more than 7 players ready...does that mean they forfeit the tie?

Also, Winchester won their last league game 9-0.

Good result (unless it was a Kent Online typo) from the Kent Hurlimann Football League Premier Division Cup 1st Round 1st Leg:

Fisher 6 Canterbury City 6

I wonder if away goals count double if the scores are level after both legs....

Well, the tie against Blyth is happening and has been made an all ticket game.

There was sadly some morons at the Trophy game back in Feb, so probably to try and stop that.

A bit nearer to now, off to the Braintree game on Saturday.

We've got no match at all, tried bringing forward league matches, but 5 teams all said no, 1 due to cost, and 4 as they're too scared to play us

Once again we beat the old foe 2-0 and are in the second round for the first time in around a decade.

Bump.

Anyone out there?

So Chorley FC, wtf? Seems they have been living hand to mouth for a few months and they could now be in serious financial trouble. Seems the players haven't been paid (fully) for a few weeks, the tax-man keeps asking for moneys that should have been paid >12 months ago. Now Lancs Constabulary are chasing a £1k unpaid bill.

I reckon they'll have to rip the squad apart and bring in loads of kids and that their stay in the NPL play-off places will now be short-lived. Wonder if Flitcroft will see it out or head for the exit door. Interesting/disturbing times at Victory Park.

I'm still here, we won 1-0 last night, Shaw on target again and we've hit 40 points before Christmas!
