Forest Green vs Grimsby abandoned due to power failure.
Given that's Windfarm pioneer Dale Vince's club I can see the Daily Mail headlines now.

Clearly this proves Climate Change isn't real #DailyMailLogic

Hyde are my hometown team and I was delighted to see that they had finally won last night. They're still certain to be relegated, but at least they're not going to go down without winning any games which I had feared.

They did well to stay up last season, but when they lost their opening game 8-0 I knew it was going to be tough for them this time, hopefully they can get a few more wins which will give them confidence for next season in Conference North, where they will have the consolation of local derby matches against Stalybridge and Stockport, if those two manage to stay up.

A hard fought 2-2 draw against Grimsby put Gateshead 3rd in the league.

Sadly marred by some controversy regarding the ref. I didn't see the game, but heard that he wasn't up to scratch.

Postponement in the top of the Evo-Stik Division One North table clash due to a waterlogged pitch. Shame really, as Warrington were looking to continue their good run. Only lost 4 of their last 18 league games. Two points off top, but Curzon have two games in hand, so a win would have been vital.

Peacehaven, seven points clear on Ryman South before today, turned a 0-1 loss at HT into a 5-1 win over Ramsgate

An exhibition to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the Northern League was launched at the excellent National Football Museum yesterday.

Reckon the Museum is a must for all football fans - could have spent hours in there.

I was not sure about going but very glad that I did after meeting some really interesting football people;

Dartford home to Cambridge tomorrow. On paper an away banker but after beating Kidderminster 1-2 away during the week Dartford might be finally turning the corner after 3 months of misery.

Dartford 3 Cambridge 3. Terrific game, end to end, plenty of chances, 2 penalties and a monsoon at the end.

Dartford v Luton tomorrow. Luton have sold all their allocation of 1500. Should be a good game but it all depends on the rain. The pitch is not good.

At least you seem to be playing at home now after the troubles last season.

Great season BTW - could you have a league derby v Hartlepool to look forward to!?

Reckon Luton will make it up this time - got the manager who has done it before and a settled squad.

Droylsden fc who played in Northern Premier League Premier Division won for first time this season after they beat Barwell 2-1 this afternoon, before today Droylsden only had two points and lose 30 out of 32 game in league and even lose all of they away games before today too, Well done to Droylsden on their first win of season.

EDIT: Just notice on Droylsden fc twitter account that someone mention that Barwell scored in 95th mins to ditch Droylsden they first win of season so it mean Droylsden still haven't win a game this season but now on 3 points then 2.

Two Saturdays in a row, Gateshead have clawed a draw after going down to ten men.

Dartford lost 3-0 away at Southport. Looking very desperate at the bottom. At home to Chester next Friday is a must win now.

Not bad for a centre back who was playing four leagues lower last season...
