No not tonight. Some of there play especially at home has been awful. I resent paying another £16 for long ball football.

Congratulations to Shildon on winning the Durham Challenge Cup.

They beat us 2-0 in the final. Gutted about the result, but some good fans and some good banter, wish them well.

2-2 draw against Grimsby yesterday, they equalised at the 95th minute.

No football today, Altrincham tomorrow, happy Easter folks.

Massive win for Barnet at Dartford. Back over to Bristol Rovers and Grimsby, now.

See the conference is being rebranded as the National league. Surely not long until we have 2 automatic places along with the play offs. The promoted teams don't seem to struggle too much in league 2 and there has been a fair few promoted to League 1 after a season or 2

Just glad to get a win today.

I would normally have too 4 points over the Easter break, shame it's too little too late for our play off aspirations.

Weirdly, all three teams are synced re. home and away, so no advantage there, and they're fairly equal when it comes to the quality (on paper, at least) of their opponents, so it'll be incredibly close I think. History is firmly against Rovers bouncing back as Champions at first time of asking - I don't think it's ever happened before; Carlise went back up as Play-Off winners - however Barnet are pushing their luck and leaving it late with some of their results, whilst Rovers are on an incredible run of one defeat in twenty-six games, so I'm hoping the pressure to keep winning eventually causes Barnet to slip up, whilst Rovers, in the chasing position, are able to relax, just play and overtake, perhaps in the second to last or even the last game.

Would love Carl Magnay to go up with Grimsby, personally I fancy Bristol and Barnet though.

Honestly thought it would have been us (Gateshead) at the start of the season though. Too many dropped points.

Lincoln City the first ever team to be relegated from the FL went straight back up as champions the following season.

Shrewsbury also went straight back up by winning the play offs

If County go down I want to go back to Grimsby, so want them to go up and also want Martin Allen's Barnet to go up

Ah, I didn't know that. I tried finding teams that were promoted straight back to league football. Maybe it was my search terms, but I only found references to Carlisle doing it in 2005.

Grimsby third with 82 points and a +32 GD

The Evo-Stick League has received resignations of membership from Brigg Town FC and Rainworth Miners Welfare FC with a request that they both be relegated to Step 5 of the National League System at the end of the current playing season.

The NPL Board have reluctantly accepted the club resignations.

Both clubs will be allocated a Step 5 League for Season 2015-2016 as decided by The Football Association.

These two resignations plus that of Norton United FC will mean no club will be relegated from the First Division South as a result of their league points position. The First Division North is not affected by this decision.

That's Nuneaton, Dartford and AFC Telford relegated from the Conference then.

Sorry Victor mate. Best of luck next season for a bounce back.
