They were top of League One 18 months ago.

Will hope to bounce back which a few league clubs have done.

Reckon Rovers will win the play-offs.

Come on Chorley. Can't stand Boston. They cheated their way into the football league and took Halifax's place. A proper team.
If it makes you feel any better, I've just resigned as Boston manager in Football Manager 2012 having got them relegated out of Conf North.

Well done Barnet. Gotta love Martin Allen, a proper manager

I'm supporting Grimsby in the play offs. Bristol Rovers coming back up so soon would be boring and don't fancy a trip to either of the tin pot clubs
Oi, I'm Eastleigh born and bred! Who the hell do you think you are calling my side a tinpot club?? Screw you!

Darlington made the same "tin pot" comment about Eastbourne Boro. At least the (well-run) Sports only went down one league. Where's Darlo?

Gateshead have been called tin pot and accused of having "no support" for years now.

We might not get the Grimsby or Wrexham sized crowd, but I still wouldn't change who I support for anything, Gateshead born, Gateshead bred.

Looking like we're losing our manager today though, but to be fair, we lost him last week really.

Fair enough if you are proud of your club. I would just prefer to see an established club like Grimsby

I want Forest Green to be promoted. It would be funny to see them play Portsmouth and hopefully Coventry. I am hoping Havant come up from the Conference South

So Grimsby V Bristol Rovers all the way then. Bristol Rovers will take their rightful place back in the Football League.

You do realise Halifax would've gone down whatever happened? They went bust anyway...

0-0 first leg, Chorley's hoofball for 90 minutes didn't work.

Halifax didn't go bust till 2008. It's possible they could have prospered in the football league. Anyway even if they were relegated it was only fair Dagenham came up instead of the cheating Boston. Garry Flitcroft's Barmy Army.

I'd say both deserve to be back in the Football League. I also want to see Lincoln back soon

Ironic how you call us cheats, when Garry Flitcroft is the Chorley manager

If you finish bottom, you deserve to go down. You do realise this happened 13 years ago? It's not like Boston are still at that level (in fact they are lower), and Dagenham are still in the Conference.

It goes Dagenham, Halifax, Boston in terms of where the clubs are now

Dagenham are in League 2 and have been there since 2007 apart from one season which they spent in League One.

The fact people have to refer to other teams as 'tinpot' just makes me think they are very insecure about who they support.

Grimsby and Bristol Rovers are where they deserve to be. They weren't good enough to stay up.

I applaud all the up and coming teams (who aren't bankrolled).

My team are constantly called tinpot. But we'll be playing in League 1 next season. Who does that make 'tinpot'?

I really hope Grimsby don't make it.

Bristol Rovers are lucky that they went into the Conference after it got so much weaker than it has been in recent years. They should win the final and be back in the League after only one season in the wilderness. Should give Tranmere fans hope for next season, if they can hold it together off the pitch I expect them to be favourites for promotion.
