I wonder how much attention the title race is getting in a county dominated by rugby?

Chester 6 Aldershot 1 at half time with Alabi scoring four. I wonder what the second half has in store...

Home to Altrincham today.

Sadly, I'm in hospital with a broken ankle. Still, there'll be a few HEED ARMY s echoing around the ward.

I am an idiot. Of course I meant home to Forest Green. We played Alty during the week.

^ Hope the defeat didn't mean you asked for a hefty dose of morphine Eugene!

Looks like it's going to be a case of who will hold their nerve the best between Cheltenham and Forest Green in their 8 game run-ins.

1-1 draw for T&M today at Peacehaven & Telscombe. Might look like a point gained until you see that Peacehaven are second bottom and have conceded 104 goals.

The second legs of the FA Trophy are today, Nantwich are away at Halifax looking to overhaul a two goal deficit, would be unbelievable if they could do so!

A 1-0 win at Alfreton gives us back to Back away wins, one of them at the league leaders.

We are heading to mid-table safety

In the semi final 2nd legs in the Trophy, Nantwich gained a 2-2 draw at Halifax but lost 4-6 on aggregate . Grimsby completed a 3-1 aggregate victory over Bognor Regis to complete an all Conference Premier final

The FA Vase final in the Wembley double - header is Hereford v Morpeth Town

Have you heard any of the gossip from Red Issue's Twitter page about FC Utd and some of the management within the club?

Interesting!

No, Non League Day is once a year, towards the beginning of the season. Shouldn't stop you from going to a local game, though!

1-1 draw against Faversham for T&M today. Season's petered out. 4 games to go, 17th with 54 points.

3-1 away win at Corby near enough guarantees safety and the likelihood of a mid table finish.

Solihull only 2 points off clinching the league and promotion to the Vanarama National

Corby all but relegated though

It looks like my home town non league club Hyde United are going to be relegated for the third consecutive season, from Conference National to the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League First Division North in just 3 seasons.

Another boring end of the season for us. Nothing to play for really with 3 games to go.

I mean, it is still mathematically possible to reach the play offs, but very unlikely.

Cheltenham confirmed as Champions of the National League and bounce back to the Football League at the first time of asking.

Indeed, an excellent effort

Complete change of squad that has worked
The only player retained was one who had missed the previous season with injury

Kudos to Gary Johnson

Ex Hornet John Eustace named manager at Kidderminster Harriers.

Good luck to him - will do well if he can lead as he did on the pitch as a player.

Quote:
“Relegated National League club Kidderminster Harriers have appointed John Eustace as their new manager.

The 36-year-old former Coventry City, Derby County, Stoke City and Watford midfielder has signed a one-year deal and will take charge in the summer.

"I want someone who can take the club forward towards league football," chief executive Colin Gordon said.”

As expected Hyde United have been relegated for the third consecutive season. 3 years ago they were beating Luton away in the Conference National, next season they'll be playing in the Northern Premier League First Division North.

Why have Forest Green sacked their manager just before the play offs? What an odd move

I guess that not winning the league was considered a failure

Mind you, I think they may have had the biggest budget
