I saw one wheel chair dancer last night- wish there had been more. Otherwise, a totally Brilliant British Bonanza. I wonder if the rest of the world "gets" our self deprecating humour?

Hope the coverage of DOW in the context of the Paras leads to more wheelchair dancing on TV

I haven't posted on here for a while but we must try to keep Brian's forum on the first page, he has enough FFs to do it!

Still miss him so so much on SCD! Strictly will never be the same for me without him!

Hope he's enjoying himself in LA but comes back to UK very soon!

Wow, remembered my password!!

I hope Brian is doing fabulously well in LA but like others miss him over here, however good SCD is this year, it still isn't the same without the one and only American boy.

Would love to see him in a musical in the UK too!!

I totally agree. However much Brian enjoys the warmer weather in LA, there is no pro dancer with a warmer set of supporters than the Fortuna!

I would love to see Brian return to his fans in the UK.His extremely gifted talent for dancing, singing acting is very much missed by his adoring fans, specially at this time when a new series of SCD is being launched..No doubt like his mom Mrs Sandra Fortuna informed us a while ago, he loves sunny, beautiful LA, and is taking time off after about a 2year lapse to be in the company of his friends, and family. My express dream wish would be to see him in a musical, play, or even pantomime in the coming future. However if Brian choses to further his career in LA or anywhere else in the US, then much as I would miss him, i shall be happy for him.

I too would love to see Brian back in the UK. SCD lacks something without him being in the line up. I fear the UK holds a lot of 'what might have been' for Brian, and endless auditions without success probably took their toll. I am sure he is appreciated more in the USA now following his time here in the UK. I wish him every success - he certainly deserves success and happiness in his life. It seems the 'warmth' of his reception in his home country, has been better than he enjoyed here in the UK.

I will always keep the Fortuna Fantastics flag flying, but these days I have stopped waving it and it is now on a flag pole. There is only so long one can hold a flag in the air. In order to find renewed strength. I personally need more than the odd tweet to keep the candle alight. Fan adoration in some quarters went overboard the last time he was here, and I think he needed a period of quiet reflection. Now. I hope that he is completely healed at every level, and is ready to interact a little more with loyal fans.

I would love to see him on the West End stage in a dance production - something which would show his many skills. He is a multi faceted performer, and the most well mannered and lovely guy one could ever wish to meet. Come back to the UK Brian. You are sorely missed.

I know I have not posted on here in a while either. It was brilliant on here a few years ago and like some others I really miss the BBC forums. There was great craic on them.

I really wish that Brian is happy and contented in LA. He deserves to be.

Watching strictly on Saturday he came to mind immediately and all future episodes will not go by without a thought for Brian Fortuna. I still cannot fathom why she broke up a dancing relationship but that is old news know.

I miss Brian very much especially now SCD is on our Screens again. It's a year ago this week since I saw him in OTR thought it was going to be the first of many such shows I would be seeing him in. Who knows why he decided to return to the LA. could be he could not get a Visa as they have got really strict now. I would love to see him back in the UK but I think it's very unlikely, would love to be proved wrong.

Miss Brian too but as much as the selfish me wants him here, the sensible one wants his happiness.
He was the 1st SCD professional to really capture me and still does.
The days on the FF forum on the beeb were ther best and I met one of my closet and dear friends on there so I have alot to be grateful for

I think you could be right about the Visa Chris just wish some producer here would give him the oportunity to show everyone how much talent and audience pulling power he has. We all miss you Brian and wish you all the luck in the world.

Watching SCD on Saturday it made me realise that none of the dancers match up to our Mr F yes they can dance but they haven't the charisma and charm of Mr F.
