I didn't mention stools first - that was Porridge!

We were so hard at work yesterday I didn't get online even once
Back to work for a rest...
We have 3 piano stools, one foot stool (soon to be two as Mrs Porridge is looking to get another) and 2 kitchen stools.

Do you think we have a stool obsession in this house?

Although I hate Mondays, let's hope it rolls around quickly for you snowy.

Stools? You can never have enough...

As long as they have pointy ends it's OK.

I've got somewhere I'd like to shove a very pointy end at the moment.

I think Mrs Porridge was planning to sand one down, so I suppose it depends on how enthusiastic she is...

Afternoon. Hot and gorgeous here (and that's just me! ) so I'm out and about, trying not to spend the whole day in front of my laptop.

It was nice this evening handy, blue sky, warm.

I'm worried about Mrs Porridge sanding down stools to a point, all-bran or muesli would seem to be less of a strain.

Been a beautiful day here.

Mrs Porridge really isn't in any state to be sanding, and I think if you'd ask her to do a point, you'd get a wedge.

Stool count - 6, soon to be rising.

Piano count - 1, regretfully not to be rising.

I'm actually still thinking about it....

Wednesday is swim day, but I did a quick one last night and not sure I fancy being in an indoor pool when the sun is out....

But... enjoy

The pool was unusually busy (I often get it to myself... bliss...) so I took the bike out and ended up doing about 25 miles, mostly uphill... I do miss NL sometimes, I really do.
