No bleedin good to me now is it! I'm skint.
Good grump. No question.

It's no good if you get suckered into BOGOF and the stuff goes off at the back of the fridge either.

Pass the offer onto a mate?

I'm liking Tesco too - I traded in my vouchers for new house phones - here

When I got a voucher for money off after I'd finished shopping I went back and bought wine

*waves*

Hi, all
Much more peaceful here today, and M finally getting used to her new bed.

KJ, have been looking for a linky but nothing official online - I was delighted to hear on Five Live last night that Martin Lon's daughter is called... *drumroll* .... "Crystal Alice"

I am on the Lech + London Pride combo. Nothing can possibly go wrong, so I shall be here to welcome the lovely newbies 24/7.

You're a good egg.

I'm not drinking. My tummy's a bit fragile after last night's wine. That and the discovery that our drains are blocked... could only happen on a Bank Holiday weekend, really...

Apparently it's going to cost us nearly £200 to sort out - oh joy

We had The Boys to sort out our garden this morning, then made an impromptu trip to York. And jolly good it was too.

Let's see if we can get through tonight without Melony falling out of her Big Girl's Bed - 2am last night there was a bouncy thud and a lot of very cross crying. Luckily we'd put the cot mattress down on the floor by the bed, but she still wasn't too struck!

Ooooh, thanks for that link Love it!

Yep, it's a lovely sunny day and I have unblocked drains. Woohoo. And we dragged Young Sad out of bed so that he could see for himself what using nearly a whole roll of loo paper each time has been doing to the drainage system. Valuable lesson, I hope...

Why does a goat give a monkey's about your house BG?

(see wot I did thar)

Palace got stuffed, but I'm home alone (didn't go away with CPFC, dang), I have beer and curry (correction, have had some beer already), so w00t!

I do hope the passersby pop in to GOW now and then.
You're kidding, of course I did.

What a weekend. I've only been up for about an hour and the stuff from Saturday night is still all over the place because we were out yesterday at what was supposed to be a lunch party but turned into the usual late nighter... So I guess today is going to be a slow day with lots of washing up thrown in for a bit of excitement.

last night there was a bouncy thud and a lot of very cross crying.
My 'drop test' for daughters involved me doing the ironing, hearing her making 'testing the stair gate' noises, then hearing >thud thud thud< - she'd managed to get up the stairs, test the gate at the top, and fall back down again.

It was twenty years ago so I think the statute of limitations applies.

I have unblocked drains.
Muesli works wonders.

Yup. Rounded 'em up at six o'clock, it looked a bit nippy outside. Ours is but a small garden, and still they're tiny by comparison, yet they can mow that lawn.

Maybe I could start a lawn mowing service? Ring up KJ Co, and we arrive in our van with a magnificent herd of 100 trained and hungry piggies, they mow your garden, fertiilise it, and all that with no pollution*. I'm working on the small problem of getting the little buggers back in the van at the moment.

Ballantyne, I know you're already oot, but it'll be your loss.

*Our van is powered by a horde of hamsters in a wheel.

Hellooo. I turned 50 the other week and things have gone downhill ever since. Does that make me a grumpy old woman?
