As tempting as that sounds darling...

Random fact - in Poland it's pink for a boy and blue for a girl.

Sad - you're a lightweight.

I'm a lightweight with no hangy.

Tireder than a tired thing that's incredibly tired though. Would like a huge dump of snow on Tuesday night... that way I can get important stuff out of the way on Monday and not have to go to a school miles away on Tuesday, but have a day with my kids instead.

We've just had a sprinkling here overnight and it's all gone now, damnit.

Afternoon all Bit icy where I am now but I'll survive, I'm sure.

Pretty powdery stuff where we are; no real problem as it is at the moment.

Mr M and Melony are out getting some Christmas presents and I'm cleaning the bathroom and enjoying having the house to myself... saddo!

We're properly snowed in today. The snow is deep enough to come up over a hiking boot and there's hard ice underneath. We had a lovely walk, though, and there'll be sledging tomorrow if we don't have an overnight melt (unlikely). And everywhere looks really pretty.

I'll load up the car and bring you some, then you can decide how much to use.

Deal!

Mind you, I've seen the inside of your car - is there room for any snow in among all the debris?

Debris? I'll have you know that it's a carefully selected range of useful items.

Snow? Where?

It was flippin' cold at footy yesterday though.

PS Sunday afternoon bliss on TV - Goldfinger. Sean Connery is cool, Honor Blackman is >woof< and the sixties-ness makes it more real than later Bond.

That sounds perfect KJ.

Cccccold here. Very cold. Our heating went off in the night (looks like we had a powercut) and we woke up with ice on the inside of the windows. Big eek. Heating's back on and I've got the fires lit, but it's still a bit chilly. Time to dig out the hot water bottles.

More snow came through the day and I'm now seriously worried about tomorrow morning. I'll give taking the car out a go but I don't imagine I'll be getting very far.

No point in worrying about it Batty - just stay in and keep warm, sod everything else

Here, I'm still hoping for a serious dump of snow. Monday night would be ideal at the latest.

Ooops. I may have a hangy tomorrow

We've not had the car out today - M and I went for a snowy trudge this afternoon, but next-dor had trouble getting their Beemer round the corner of our drive so we decided best not bother.

I shall have to attempt work tomorrow, but I'm notdoing anything dangerous.

Sounds wise, HM

I think tomorrow down here will just be bloody cold and slippery. Seems it's Tuesday that all hell breaks loose... right now, can't wait
